If I am not in network with your insurance, I can provide you an invoice (called a “superbill”) to facilitate reimbursement from your insurer at the out-of-network rate. You are responsible for understanding your deductible, out-of-pocket max and copays/coinsurance. The full session fee is due at the time of service.
