Individual Therapy Session (55 min): $180

I am currently able to bill the following insurance as an in-network provider:

Aetna

Providence

UBH/UHC/Optum

Regence/BCBS

I will be in-network with MODA starting 12/15/2025.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide you an invoice (called a “superbill”) to facilitate reimbursement from your insurer at the out-of-network rate. You are responsible for understanding your deductible, out-of-pocket max and copays/coinsurance. The full session fee is due at the time of service.

I am currently VIRTUAL/TELEHEALTH ONLY, but plan to have a least one day of in-person therapy available within the next year.

My current hours are Tuesdays/Thursdays from 9am to 6pm, but if you need another day or time, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate! I plan to expand my general availability in the coming months as well.
